As a Sales Executive at Glovo, you will be a key representative of our company’s sales team, responsible for creating a pipeline and signing up local stores around the city and country.

 

The Commercial team is directly responsible for partnering with both smaller local stores and bigger brands to display them on our Glovo platform. You will work with the support of a sales team and a local Sales Manager.

 

THE JOURNEY

Within our local Finance team, you’ll be working alongside talented and passionate people, creating value and owning finance processes. We hire for attitude and strongly believe that everything can be learned with enough motivation. As a Finance Analyst you will play a key role in driving the Financial Agenda, Budgeting & Planning activities in Bosnia.. 

  • Report to HQ on the financial & management reports;
  • Managing billing and payments processes in Bosnia; 
  • Reviewing and improving the invoicing processes for customers, partners and couriers - Ensure quality of billing data by monitoring and implementing control checks;.
  • Create and simplify Financial Planning tools and processes for Bosnia;
  • Participate and align with HQ FP&A Global team in projects to improve visibility on finance performance and ad-hoc projects;
  • Improve financial status by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans & forecast;
  • Manage treasury with a follow-up on Accounts payable and Accounts receivable;
  • Recommend actions by analysing and interpreting data and making comparative analysis;
  • Drive improvements on short and long term forecasting models;
  • Become the guardian of the company's growth and profitability since day 1;

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or similar; 
  • 2+ years of experience in billing and/or accounts receivable;
  • Fluent in English;
  • Advanced Excel and confident Google Sheets user,
  • SQL knowledge (desirable but not mandatory and we will encourage willingness to learn);
  • Excellent time management skills and attention to detail;
  • An ability to take any problem, deep dive, reveal route cause, draft improvement solutions and communicate to stakeholders
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders;
  • Obsessed with continuous improvements, delivering value and allergic to manual tasks!
