Finance Working Student (f/m/d) (German-speaking)
As a Finance Working Student in our Berlin office, you will play a crucial role in supporting our finance team in various aspects of financial management and reporting. This position offers the opportunity for growth and development in a fast-paced startup environment with the potential for full-time employment post-graduation.
🚀 Your responsibility:
- Own the monthly closing process, including preparatory bookkeeping, coordination with tax advisors, and ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Manage the accounts receivable and invoicing process, ensuring timely issuance of invoices and collections.
- Support in preparing investor and management reports, providing valuable insights to support strategic decision-making.
👀 You'll be successful with these skills:
- You’re available for 20 hours / week
- Proficiency in both German and English languages
- Strong proficiency in spreadsheet software (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets).
- Solid understanding of accounting and finance processes, preferably with experience in a startup environment (as a working student or intern)
- Attention to detail and a high level of reliability in delivering accurate financial information
- Ideally you are a final year student seeking a working student position with the potential for full-time employment post-graduation
