Overview:
We seek a medium-weight person with experience in FINISHED ART, DESIGN + PRODUCTION to join our team. If you love branding and attention to detail is your thing, this is the job for you. This role will play a critical part in Prosek's production process.

Role + Responsibilities
- Work with designers and the production lead on integrated campaigns spanning print, digital media, outdoor, social media, events, and conferences.
- Take design concepts and raw riles from designers and refine them to meet production standards.
- Roll out various campaign assets according to specified brand and campaign guidelines.
- Organize and maintain an organized file system to ensure that design assets are easily accessible for future reference and revisions
What You’ll Do
- Prepress and print production: Prepare print-ready files, ensuring correct color profiles, resolution, bleed, and trim marks. Collaborate with print vendors to ensure accurate and high-quality output.
- Digital publishing: Originate, adapt, and optimize designs for digital platforms, including mobile, websites, social media, and digital outdoor, ensuring responsive and engaging layouts that align with the digital medium requirements.
- Image editing and enhancement: Skilled in using editing software to retouch, manipulate, and enhance visuals for optimal quality and impact within the design layouts.
- Quality control: Ensure accuracy, consistency, and error-free deliverables before final production and distribution.
- Manage + Track Production: Be able to work accurately and track time accordingly across the lifespan of projects.

- Cape Town (2 days in the office located in the CBD, 3 days remote)
What makes you qualified
- 5 - 7 years of relevant experience
- Postgraduate degree or diploma in a relevant field
- Experience working in advertising agencies
- Experience in production:
- Layout and Composition
- Prepress and Printing Techniques
- File Preparation for print and digital output
- Quality Control, proofing, and checking for errors
- Collaboration with teams of developers and designers
- Experience working in:
- Adobe Creative Suite
- Adobe Aftereffects
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign
- Figma
- Experience working with creative teams
- Understanding of the creative process
- Ability to work in a constantly changing environment
- Experience working with teams in multiple locations and time zones preferred
- Ability to work at pace
- Extreme attention to detail
