YOUR MISSION AT VOI

As a Fleet Inventory Associate, you will support the efforts to optimise one of our most valuable asset classes — our battery inventory. With a growing number of vehicle- and battery models, spare parts logistics are becoming increasingly complex and the inventory processes need to be kept efficient, data-driven, and scalable. In this role you will collaborate closely with the Head of Fleet Inventory and work cross-functionally with the Finance-, R&D-, Market Operations-, and Hardware teams to support the daily inventory operations, and contribute to improved tracking and demand forecasting. This will include:

  • Coordinating and managing the battery inventory lifecycle, including tracking, visibility, reconciliation, and control across all markets.
  • Enhancing the battery tracking processes in collaboration with R&D and local operations to ensure full traceability and adherence to best practices.
  • Forecasting future battery needs, and building models and simulations that support strategic procurement decisions.
  • Co-leading activities related to battery refurbishment projects, and driving transparency and performance monitoring.
  • Analysing root causes of inefficiencies or discrepancies in inventory, and implementing improvements to reduce waste, improve accuracy, and support long-term optimization.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with stakeholders across Finance, R&D, Supply Chain & Hardware, and Local Operations team to ensure alignment with the inventory strategy.
