Founders Associate – People & Operations
VIDA is looking for a Founders Associate - People & Operations to help shape the organization behind our mission. In this role, you will work directly with our CEO and leadership team to drive our people strategy, strengthen our culture, and lead cross-functional initiatives that keep VIDA running smoothly as we grow.This position is ideal for someone who loves connecting people, structure, and purpose - combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution across people, culture, operations and strategic innovation.Your responsibilitiesPeople & Culture
- Own and evolve VIDA’s core people processes - from onboarding and engagement surveys to performance reviews and career paths.
- Drive the full hiring process for our open positions, ensuring an exceptional candidate and team experience.
- Lead initiatives that foster wellbeing, culture, and belonging in a fully remote, international team.
- Partner with the founders on organizational design, talent planning, and leadership development.
- Coordinate leadership, team and other internal meetings, communication rhythms, and company-wide updates.
- Maintain and continuously improve company-wide workflows and documentation, e.g. key operational processes such as goal setting (OKRs), compliance related topics, templates or our employee handbook.
- Manage internal requests from the team and ensure smooth operational support across our international team.
- Lead and coordinate strategic projects and global company initiatives with our CEO.
- Support the CEO in strategic planning, translating high-level strategy into actionable projects and ensuring alignment across teams.
- Step into new challenges - whether it’s developing ISO compliance frameworks, coordinating leadership off-sites, advancing our AI integration, or diving into strategic partnerships - based on evolving company priorities.
- You hold a university degree (or bring equivalent experience).
- You have 2–5 years of experience in a fast-paced environment (e.g. startup, consulting, or people-focused operations role).
- You’re proactive, hands-on, and thrive with ownership and autonomy.
- You care deeply about people, culture, and creating a great workplace experience - combining empathy and structure to bring both warmth and precision to your work.
- You’re a strong communicator with excellent organizational and project management skills.
- You are innovation minded and very quick at picking up new productivity technologies.
- You’re fluent in English and confident collaborating across teams, cultures and borders.
