We are looking for a Food Safety & Quality working student for our ambitious, fast growing team in Amsterdam. Working in the Food Safety & Quality Assurance team you are assisting our food safety specialists with label and product specification checks. This is a temporary role for 3 days a week for the period of 5 months between August and January 2025. 

You play an important role in making sure that customers receive legally compliant product labels, and this info is correctly displayed in our systems. You’ll have to work closely with several operational departments and suppliers to assure it all complies to legislation and the HelloFresh standards. 

🥑 This is how you’ll make an impact

• Support in product specification checks (eg. nutritional values, allergens, packaging information etc)
• Conduct product label checks against legislation and HelloFresh standards
• Have contact with our suppliers about their product specifications and labels
• Check and chase of requests from category managers (topics such as sustainability, root cause analysis etc) 
• Assessing micro requests and results 
• Collaborate with many different internal and external stakeholders

• Studying or just finished a bachelor or master in the field of Food Safety, Quality Management, Nutrition and Health or related.
• Ability to work independently and be proactive
• You become a member of our team for 3 days a week. 
• You love a good challenge and have good attention to detail 
• You enjoy working in a young, dynamic environment and you have a strong sense of responsibility
• Fluent in Dutch 
• You can read and write in English
