You will be the driving force behind the development, scaling, and long-term maintenance of modern, high-performance dashboards that visualize real-time data. This role is perfect for someone who loves to work across frontend and backend, building intuitive user interfaces while ensuring clean, scalable Python services behind the scenes. You will own the full lifecycle: from UI/UX implementation and backend integration to deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement. Expect to work closely with product, data, and engineering people, building dashboards that are not just beautiful, but reliable, fast, and built to scale.What you will doBuild and maintain interactive, data-heavy dashboards using React. Design clean, scalable frontend architectures with modern state management Develop and maintain Python-based backend services and APIs (FastAPI) for data delivery. Connect dashboards to PostgreSQL, Clickhouse, real-time data sources, and external systems.  Optimize dashboards for performance, scalability, and responsiveness. Containerize, deploy, and monitor services using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD workflows Continuously improve existing dashboards with a strong focus on stability, usability, and maintainability. Collaborate across teams to transform business and product requirements into production-ready dashboard solutions
