We are looking for a Fullstack developer with at least 3 years of experience in Node.js, React, and TypeScript to join our integrations team. You will play a critical part in ensuring the stability, scalability, and performance of our integration solutions while driving innovation and supporting the team with technical expertise. 🚀

This position can be performed remotely and is open to anyone residing within the EU. If you are located near one of our offices (Stockholm, Oslo, Copenhagen, Amsterdam, Berlin or Brno), you’re warmly invited to work on-site or in a hybrid capacity, should you prefer. The team you will be joining is based in Stockholm, but we work flexibly across the EU.

Your challengeIn the role as a Fullstack developer, you are responsible for creating and maintaining robust, scalable, and innovative integration solutions. This role extends beyond implementation to high-level architectural decision-making, mentoring, and continuous optimization. In your everyday work, you will:

• Maintain existing services and integrations, and build new ones.

• Continuously improve the performance, reliability, and usability of our integrations.

• Design, maintain, and optimize architecture to ensure performance and scalability.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to plan, develop, and improve integration solutions.

• Evaluate and implement new tools and technologies to improve our tech stack.

• Extensive experience in fullstack development, including architecture and optimization.

• You have 3+ years of experience in TypeScript and PostgreSQL.

• You have 3+ years of experience working with Node.js, Express.js, and React.

• Proven ability to deliver scalable and robust solutions in complex systems.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical strategies to stakeholders and collaborate effectively across teams.

• You are someone who shares ideas openly and aren’t afraid to challenge the status quo.

• A proactive approach to mentoring and fostering growth within your team.

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

• EU residency or EU work permit is a requirement

🌟 Also, big bonus points if:

• You have experience working with Docker and Kubernetes

• You have experience designing GUIs using Sass, Material UI or Tailwind

• You have experience working in SaaS or high-growth or scale-up environments

• You are located in the Stockholm area
