German-Speaking Customer Success Agent
FirstVet is looking for a dedicated and animal-loving Customer Success Agent to join our team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will primarily support our German-speaking customers, while also assisting our Swedish customers when needed. As the first point of contact for pet owners, you will help users get the most out of our digital veterinary services by delivering friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable support.
Our internal working language is English, and you will collaborate daily with colleagues across several markets.
What you will doAssist customers via phone and email with questions related to our services, primarily in German but also in Swedish when required
Troubleshoot issues, guide users through our platform, and ensure a smooth customer experience
Work independently during your shifts while still collaborating closely with our Swedish and English-speaking Customer Success teams
Manage multiple tasks at once while maintaining high service quality
Represent FirstVet with empathy, professionalism, and clear communication
Fluency in German, Swedish, and English (written and spoken)
Previous customer support experience — you will independently handle the German support line during your shifts
A proactive and flexible person who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Strong multitasking skills and the ability to stay calm and organized under pressure
