Key Responsibilities Benefits Program Management-
Administer and manage global benefits programs including health, wellness, and other employee perks.

Monitor benefit plan performance and make data-driven improvement recommendations.

Stay updated with global benefits trends and regulatory requirements.

Manage relationships with global benefits providers, brokers, and consultants.

Negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality service.

Act as the main point of contact for employee and vendor benefit queries.

Ensure benefits programs are compliant with local laws and regulations across countries.

Assist with the preparation and filing of reports and documentation.

Develop strategies to effectively communicate benefits programs to employees.

Conduct onboarding sessions, workshops, and answer ongoing employee queries.

Collect and analyze benefits data related to utilization, cost, and satisfaction.

Provide insights and recommendations for benefits program enhancements.

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).

3–5 years of experience in benefits administration, preferably in a global environment.

Strong understanding of global benefits laws and compliance.

Proven experience in vendor management and negotiations.

Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high attention to detail.

A go-getter mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
