About the Role
Mixpanel’s global demand generation team is responsible for our global campaigns strategy, pipeline generation across marketing channels, and collaborating with key partners in product marketing, field marketing, brand design, revenue operations, and partnerships. We are looking for a Sr. Global Campaigns Manager that can develop and execute demand generation campaigns for our ICP. The person in this role has experience in multiple marketing channels, excels in project management, and is adept at transforming creative campaign concepts into reality, driven by data insights. The ideal candidate has and “always learning” mindset and thrives in a dynamic environment where versatility is key.
What You Will Be Doing
- Formulate and refine the demand generation strategy of a specific segment, with a primary focus on achieving pipeline and signup targets.
- Conceptualize, plan, and implement global integrated marketing campaigns across diverse tactics and channels, including but not limited to landing pages, paid search and social, email, and third-party platforms. These campaigns will be strategically designed to enhance awareness and capture demand within our ICP.
- Define campaign milestones, objectives, and performance metrics, and communicate campaign performance to relevant stakeholders. Develop campaigns optimized for distinct objectives such as awareness and conversion.
- Monitor, evaluate, and analyze the end-to-end performance of marketing campaigns, and disseminate insights to stakeholders ranging from peers to executive leadership.
- Project manage the execution of campaigns and programs with all stakeholders, managing the overall calendar of touchpoints for your campaigns.
- Cultivate a customer-centric approach, demonstrating your understanding of our target audience and their journey. Leverage these insights to craft campaigns resonating with our ICP. Provide actionable insights to refine tactics and messaging, collaborating closely with the product marketing team.
- Measure and monitor sales funnel activity, making recommendations to address coverage gaps including working closely with the GTM teams on targeted campaigns and effective follow-up.
- Partner across our product marketing, field marketing, brand design, revenue operations, and partnerships teams to build and execute global campaigns.
We're Looking For Someone Who Has
- 5-7+ years of demand generation experience in B2B SaaS
- Experience in launching campaigns that drive product signups and handraisers, while knowing how to measure success and look for optimization opportunities.
- Proficiency in leveraging paid media channels (e.g., Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter) to drive campaign success.
- Demonstrated experience working with key marketing functions to ensure alignment.
- Hands-on experience with marketing tech, analytics, and project management tools (ex. Salesforce, Looker, Customer.io, Mixpanel, Notion, Wordpress).
- Exceptional writing skills, capable of conveying complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
- Passion for innovation and a willingness to explore new methodologies, unfazed by ambiguity.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and maintain agility to adjust with market demands
- Proactively engaged in the B2B marketing community — always learning mindset, building for modern PLG marketing strategies.
Compensation
The amount listed below is the total target cash compensation (TTCC) and includes base compensation and variable compensation in the form of either a company bonus or commissions. Variable compensation type is determined by your role and level. In addition to the cash compensation provided, this position is also eligible for equity consideration and other benefits including medical, vision, and dental insurance coverage. You can view our benefits offerings here.Our salary ranges are determined by role and level and are benchmarked to the SF Bay Area Technology data cut released by Radford, a global compensation database. The range displayed represents the minimum and maximum TTCC for new hire salaries for the position across all of our US locations. To stay on top of market conditions, we refresh our salary ranges twice a year so these ranges may change in the future. Within the range, individual pay is determined by experience, job-related skills, qualifications, and other factors.
