Global Enablement Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Accountable for logistics support of sales and partner enablement classes/events, including scheduling, registration tracking, speaker/trainer coordination and communications.
• Run enablement reporting metrics using multiple systems and assist in building KPI metric dashboards for business reviews.
• Support day-to-day administration of the learning management system (LMS), both internal and partner-facing, including the assignment of role-based learning paths and uploading of learning content
• Be first line of contact for enablement platforms (LMS, CMS)
• Manage enablement program requests and assist with prioritization process
• Support the legal & procurement processes for third party enablement vendors and ensure new vendors are set up in our procurement systems. 
• Provide project management on enablement projects as needed

Skills & Experience

• 1-3 years experience working in an operations or coordinator role in a fast-paced, global high-tech environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities under tight deadlines
• Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience with sales methodologies and processes
• Experience working with LMS and CMS or similar technologies
• Have an enthusiastic “roll up your sleeves” mentality
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent Google Workspace  skills including Sheets, Slides, Docs and Forms
• Sales or sales enablement experience a plus
• Native level English proficiency required
