Why We Have this Role

We’re looking for an exceptional marketing leader to deliver commercial impact by identifying friction points in the marketing funnel and customer journey, and driving strategic projects to improve these. This person will be focused on improving cross-functional lead to opportunity processes across the company, with a global remit and an ability to go deep in our EMEA region.

They will succeed by partnering closely with sales and SDR leadership to improve lead to opportunity processes and technologies. This is a strategic projects role with the expectation that the successful candidate identify a portfolio of strategic projects, prioritize these projects based on business impact, drive and manage in collaboration with the business, and train regional and scaled demand gen teams to run these on a regular basis.

  • Strong analytical skills to build the strategy from conception to roll out, continuously optimising it along the way and driving efficient ways of working that benefits the wider org
  • An expert in their field who understands the end-to-end marketing funnel and can identify and expend on growth opportunities that deliver ROI
  • Excellent business acumen with strong stakeholder management and proactive communication skills with the foresight to identify and address issues before they arise
  • Align with cross functional teams to ensure consistency of campaign messages and sales plays across regions to our buyer personas and key decision makers
  • Develop a best-in-class intent program identifying in-market accounts and deliver continuous flow of net new leads as well as cross sell and up sell opportunities into the Sales Development Team leveraging a number of MarTech systems such as Tableau, Salesforce, Outreach, Mutiny, Wordpress, Zoominfo, 6Sense and Marketo
  • Partner with the localisation team to ensure assets are available for promotion across markets in a timely manner
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables under tight deadlines.

Things You’ll Do

  • Using qual and quant data, identify friction points in the marketing funnel and customer journey, and make recommendations to improve these
  • Assess, prioritize, and then execute cross-functional projects to drive alignment between marketing, SDR, and sales on the GTM strategies and tactics that will drive the highest growth and business impact
  • Investigate and recommend new technologies and automations, including but not limited to AI-enabled tools and processes - that will deliver marketing efficiency while improving pipeline generation and conversion
  • Lead change management and enable behavioural change in the shift to new processes and technologies

 

What We’re Looking For On Your CV

  • We are looking for a candidate with 12-15 years of hands-on experience in B2B marketing, specifically in the areas of campaigns, demand generation
  • This individual should have a proven track record of delivering measurable commercial results, and strong analytical skills
  • Finally, the ability to travel in both the Americas and Internationally, with specific travel to Provo, Dublin, and Dallas as required for this position.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent
  • Excellent copywriting skills for promotional emails, invitations and other event related materials
  • Knowledge of Marketo, Salesforce, Wordpress, Coda, Qualtrics and other event management software
