The Opportunity

As a Global Mobility Senior Analyst, you will play a key role in driving the execution and continuous improvement of our global mobility and immigration programs. You will manage complex cases, analyze and optimize processes, and partner with stakeholders across the business to deliver a seamless mobility experience. You will also support and mentor junior team members, contribute to cross-team initiatives, and help shape the future of mobility at Agoda.

In this Role, You'll:
  • Lead and execute day-to-day operations of global mobility services, including immigration, remote work, mobility tax, and vendor management, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects, monitoring progress, anticipating next steps, and reporting outcomes to stakeholders.
  • Analyze and solve business problems by identifying critical issues, conducting relevant data analysis, and proposing innovative, practical solutions to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Drive process improvements by suggesting and implementing enhancements to mobility processes, and clearly communicating status, concerns, and feedback across the organization.
  • Partner with stakeholders across the business to ensure smooth onboarding, relocation, and ongoing support for employees, building strong relationships and understanding interdependencies.
  • Support and guide junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices, and contributing to team meetings and events.
  • Champion People Team initiatives by participating in internal events, collaborating across the People Team, and reinforcing Agoda’s values and culture.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in global mobility services, with a focus on South East Asian countries.
  • Proven ability to manage complex cases and multiple priorities, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis and process improvement.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including fluency in English (additional language skills a plus).
  • Resilience and adaptability, with the ability to work under tight deadlines and handle high volumes of work.
  • Proficiency in MS Products and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Demonstrated ownership, integrity, and discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Experience supporting or mentoring junior team members is a plus.
