YOUR MISSION
In the context of “giving users easy access to anything in their city”, Q-commerce (Quick Commerce) is the business unit that aims to provide immediacy to all product needs that a user might have, from delivering a video game, to sending a gift... to filling up their fridge. As part of the Global Groceries team, the Global Specialties Intern will be responsible for helping us develop Specialty stores such as Bakeries, Wine shops, Butcheries, Organic shops in Glovo’s 25 countries.
THE JOURNEY
- Track key operational metrics, monitoring performance of the vertical in local markets
- Drive the organization on in-app events such as Valentine’s day or Christmas
- Support in the creation of guidelines and training materials for local teams
- Support in market analysis, identifying top categories per market
- Help local sales teams in building the pipeline of accounts
- Foster the good relationship between the Global Team and the Local Teams
- Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
- Bachelor's degree in economics, business or related field
- Master’s degree is a plus
- End of studies or recently graduated
- Availability for 6 months full-time internship
- Orientation to results, you are autonomous and efficient
- Data-driven skills - analytical mindset
- Strong communication skills, ability to convince and influence others
- Ability to deliver under pressure and you are eager to work in a fast changing and challenging environment
- Proficiency in English is a must
- Advanced skills in MS Office Excel is a must
- An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude
