Lyft is seeking an experienced Indirect Global Supply Manager to join our Sourcing and Procurement Supply Chain team. This role is pivotal in driving strategic sourcing initiatives, managing supplier relationships, and optimizing costs across various indirect categories, such as but not limited to IT, professional services, marketing, and facilities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of negotiating complex contracts, delivering savings, managing stakeholder relationships, and implementing sourcing best practices in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, the successful candidate will focus on building a category strategy, identifying specific sourcing opportunities, contract negotiations, purchase order issuance, and implementation. 

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies for indirect categories to achieve cost optimization, improve quality, and ensure continuous supply
  • Lead the end-to-end procurement process, including market analysis, supplier evaluation and selection (RFXs), contract negotiation, and supplier performance management
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure alignment with business objectives and budgets
  • Knowledge and understanding of contracts to liaise with Legal 
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience managing complex contracts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
  • Strong analytical and ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with suppliers to achieve business goals
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously
Experience:
  • A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is typically required. Relevant certifications (e.g., CSCP, CPM) may be advantageous.
  • 3 to 5+ years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing, with a focus on indirect categories.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office software (Excel in particular) and Google Suite
  • Knowledge of an ERP System is a plus (Oracle)

This role will be in-office on a hybrid schedule — Team Members will be expected to work in the office 3 days per week on Mondays, Thursdays and a team-specific third day. Additionally, hybrid roles have the flexibility to work from anywhere for up to 4 weeks per year.

The expected range of pay for this position in the San Francisco area is $105,000 - $117,000. Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location. Range is not inclusive of potential equity offering, bonus or benefits.
