Who you are:
- You have strong business acumen with experience, at a high-growth startup, management consulting, and/or business operations and strategy

What You’ll Do:
- Build and develop relationships with all employees for increased efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations, and help to define new operational strategies
- Support, program manage and continuously improve the quarterly strategic planning process and systems (OKRs) for the local operations and ensure coordination across all functional priorities
- Oversee all office-related projects, for example:
- Get settled in the new office – unpack, organize the space, vendor coordination, develop and document new policies and programs related to the physical operations (moving December 2023)
- Managing to budget
- Execute day to day office operations including
- Keeping the space organized, clean, stocked
- Manage inventory, ordering for snacks, food, and other office supplies
- Monitor the Operations Jira board and inbox and respond to requests
- Troubleshooting issues, other office related projects
- Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence and packages
- Mange EMEA Hardware fulfillment and collaborate with the team
- Support overall culture and workplace experience
- Support with planning and executing internal meetings and events (holiday party, culture initiatives, company Town Halls, etc.)
- Managing the lunch program
- Employee appreciation – managing local swag + Tuliversaries
- Oversee business operations as it relates to x-functional priorities, including but not limited to:
- Internal communication and documentation for employees (internal wiki)
- Systems operations (selection and decision-making process, systems eng resource allocation)
- Security operations (infosec, physical, etc)
- Quality operations (audits, etc)
- Running regional meetings like town halls, monthly happy hours, team events, etc.
- Recruit for roles based in the GmbH office or broader EMEA region including owning employer branding (build relationships with local universities or groups to develop a robust inbound talent pipeline)
