Showpad is looking for a passionate, creative, and driven Graphic Designer to join our Professional Services team. In this role, you’ll work closely with clients and internal teams to bring our customers’ branding to life within the Showpad platform. You’ll be designing everything from icons and banners to visually dynamic pages that blend text, images, and files to create seamless, user-friendly experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with clients and consultants to create visually stunning designs that translate their branding and style guides into the Showpad platform.
  • Create icons, banners, and custom Showpad-native elements, focusing on usability and optimizing the user experience.
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring designs are completed on time, within budget, and with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Keep up to date with the latest Showpad features and industry trends, adopting new technologies to elevate your designs.
  • Clearly explain the reasoning behind your design choices, ensuring that client business goals are always at the forefront.
  • Work closely with Implementation Consultants and Technical Account Managers to ensure seamless project delivery.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience & Creativity: 1-3 years of professional design experience with a portfolio showcasing your creativity, innovation, and ability to translate client branding into digital spaces.
  • Tech-Savvy: Solid skills in Photoshop and Illustrator, with bonus points for Figma or other UI design tools.
  • Detail-Oriented: You have a strong eye for detail and a deep understanding of screen design best practices, responsive UI concepts, and file management.
  • Communicator: You can confidently present and explain your design ideas to clients and colleagues alike.
  • Self-Starter: You’re deadline-oriented and able to manage multiple projects without needing constant reminders.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with presentation templates (PPTX, Google Slides).
  • Experience organizing and managing a large volume of design assets for multiple clients.
