As the new GRC Analyst you will assist the Head of GRC in various aspects related to governance, risk management and compliance for which the function is responsible across the Group. 

This is a unique opportunity to be part of and contribute to Betsson’s ground breaking work to establish a new standard for GRC inspired by best practice. Given the function’s role in supporting and working with various functions across the Group, you interact with colleagues from across all functions and levels in achieving these objectives.  

This is an exciting role with future growth prospects as the Company continues to expand into new markets grow within its current markets and offer new products

• Coordinate various tasks in relation to the Enterprise Risk Assessment, Anti-Corruption Risk Assessment and Business Continuity Management; 
• Draft policies and instructions for different departments; 
• Maintaining GRC systems used by the function to coordinate it various activities. 
• Development of material for training and internal communication in relation to the function’s activities; 
• Assist with the coordination of internal audit and management of the Group insurance program; 
• Support various business units across the with driving and implementing proper risk management and governance issues; and, 
• Assist with reports to the Board, Board Committees and Operational Management.  

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management, Business Studies, Insurance, or Risk Management
• 1-2 years in a similar environment, such as Gaming or Financial Services (not required)
