Your Tasks- Execution of high-impact growth strategies focused on virality, user acquisition, and organic distribution to drive exponential growth.
- Design and run rapid experiments across multiple channels (referrals, social sharing, community-led growth, partnerships) to maximize reach and conversion.
- Collaborate within a fast-moving, cross-functional growth pod (including product managers, engineers, designers, and data analysts) to build scalable and frictionless acquisition loops.
- Leverage data and user insights to identify viral triggers, optimize acquisition funnels, and measure the impact of initiatives.
- Stay at the forefront of viral growth tactics, digital marketing innovations, and emerging user behavior trends.
- Foster a test-and-learn culture, continuously iterating on strategies to unlock new acquisition and virality opportunities.
- A proven track record of executing successful acquisition and virality-focused growth strategies.
- Marketing automation experience preferably with Pardot.
- Experience in growth marketing, preferably in a PLG, SaaS, or B2B tech environment.
- Hands-on experience driving organic user acquisition and viral loops.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable growth tactics.
- Expertise in A/B testing, growth loops, referral mechanics, and funnel optimization.
- In-depth knowledge of various marketing channels and how to leverage them for growth.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a knack for working effectively across different teams.
- A self-starter attitude, with an entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with digital marketing and ability to execute hands-on marketing tasks (marketing automation, landing pages etc).
