We are looking for a data-driven Growth Marketer with a strong focus on user activation and conversion. As part of the Growth Activation team, you will own initiatives that help new users experience value faster, optimize conversion funnels, and drive scalable growth. You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Data teams to improve onboarding, messaging, and the overall user journey. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, experimentation, and hands-on execution.

Your Tasks

  • Identify and prioritize friction points across the activation journey, in collaboration with Product and Data, to continuously improve user progression and time-to-value.

  • Develop and execute activation and conversion strategies to help new users reach the “aha moment” and progress through key lifecycle milestones.

  • Optimize onboarding and product experiences through experiments, messaging, and flow improvements that reduce friction and increase conversion.

  • Design, implement and manage multi-channel activation campaigns and flows (email, in-app, etc.) that drive engagement and encourage trial-to-paid conversion.

  • Create and optimize content (emails, in-app messaging, flows, etc.) to support both product and marketing-led initiatives.

  • Leverage behavioral and product usage data combined with insights from customer research, to deliver targeted and personalized content and experiences that help users understand and experience value quickly.

  • Run experiments and analyze qualitative and quantitative insights to identify growth opportunities across activation funnels and onboarding journeys.

  • Document and share learnings from experiments and activation initiatives with the Growth Activation team and wider Growth team to inform future tests and scale successful approaches.

  • Monitor activation and conversion KPIs (signup-to-activation rate, trial-to-paid conversion, time-to-value) and report performance with actionable learnings. 

  • Collaborate with Product, Design, and Data teams to align activation initiatives with product improvements and customer feedback.

  • Continuously refine documentation and growth playbooks to scale successful experiments and share best practices across the organization.

You Bring

  • 3–5 years of experience in growth marketing, product marketing, or conversion optimization, ideally in a SaaS or digital product environment.

  • Proven track record in activation and conversion optimization through experimentation, funnel analysis, and onboarding improvements.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data tools (Amplitude, Google Analytics, etc.).

  • Skilled in A/B testing, funnel analysis, and UX-driven growth.

  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Pardot).

  • Deep understanding of user behavior, segmentation, and messaging frameworks.

  • Ability to balance creativity with analytical rigor in decision-making.

  • Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
