As the Head of Data Platforms the Candidate will hold end-to-end ownership to build, maintain and evolve the Data Fabric and Data Mesh platforms, ensuring the implementation of best practices, the best technology for the purpose, the best architecture, the development of accelerators and monitoring for Data Ingestion, Data Transformation, Data Hosting, Data Access and AI and ML Operation Life cycle, to support the democratization, security and performance. The focus is to transition from a project-oriented, to a product-focused implementation approach.

• Drive the vision for the Data Fabric and AI/ML Platform 
• Work with Data and Enterprise Architects to identify the best technology options, considering Objectives, Price, Support, Skills etc 
• Enable others within and outside Data & AI organization to better use and consume the data & AI platform. 
• Support the platform and ensure reliability, scalability, availability and costs under the determined SLAs 
• Implement the best practices on DevOps, SRE and Platform Engineering for Data & AI 
• Maintain the relationship with vendors and partners 
• Enable Data & AI Democratization 
• Ensure the optimal performance of the platforms 
• Build the technology roadmap and own the Technology Development Life Cycle. 

• BA in Computer science, or Relevant experience
• Masters in Data or AI Field are a differential 
• 3+ Years in Data Platforms and/or Data Architecture
• 5+ Years in Leading Technology Transformation and Digital Product Development 
• Deep Knowledge on Data & AI platforms 
• Deep Knowledge on Data Fabric & Data Mesh Architectures  
• Strong Communication and Leadership Skills 
• Experience on IDP (Internal Development Platforms) & Platform Engineering 
• Product Mindset 
• Adaptive, business-minded, resilient, resourceful, enabling, service-oriented, eco-conscious mindset.
