We are currently looking for a Head of Enterprise to play a key role in leading and developing our Enterprise Sales & Partners organisation, ensuring strong delivery across both sales and partners while shaping our go-to-market execution for the Enterprise segment. This role is an exciting opportunity to coach and empower a senior team, drive performance, and contribute directly to Scrive’s next phase of growth. 

📍 The role is flexible regarding location within the EU, and you will report to VP Sales & Partners. This role includes people management responsibilities.As a Head of Enterprise Sales & Success, you will:

  • Lead the Enterprise Sales Team – Lead, coach, and motivate our Enterprise Account Executives; be responsible for their career growth and development, setting performance goals, as well as hiring and managing performance.

  • Drive delivery against key performance metrics – Support the team in their daily work to ensure strong execution on sales and success outcomes, helping them navigate complex opportunities and prioritise effectively.

  • Conduct regular 1–1s – Be a strategic coach and mentor and ensure any people’s matters are addressed in a proactive and timely manner.

  • Collaborate closely with Marketing & Leadership – Join the VP in developing and implementing sales strategy, and co-create go-to-market strategies with Marketing to strengthen our position in the Enterprise segment.

  • Build a strong team culture – Foster a collaborative, supportive, and motivating environment where team members help each other succeed and feel engaged in their work.

  • Own people processes – Manage recruitment and hiring decisions, conduct annual performance reviews, set and review salaries, and support pre-, on-, and offboarding activities for your team.

What we’re looking forTo succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Several years of leadership positions and proven coaching skills with a true interest in helping people grow

  • Maturity and a strong sense of responsibility

  • Great communication and collaboration skills

  • Strong problem-solving and prioritisation abilities

  • A background in sales

  • Experience as a manager or team lead

  • Confidence and comfort in taking decisions

  • A strategic and analytical mindset

  • Experience leading Sales teams

  • Experience executing on or implementing go-to-market strategies
