The Job

We are seeking a Head of Strategy for the Nordics to shape, drive, and execute our strategic priorities.

The Head of Strategy acts as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to the Nordic Senior Leadership, responsible for driving strategy development, OKR setting and business reviews, as well as driving key strategic projects across the Nordics business. This role will be instrumental in aligning the Nordic business with global objectives while delivering actionable insights and ensuring we are positioned to win with our customers. 

This is a highly cross-functional role that will require you to collaborate with both commercial and operational sides of our business to ensure our strategy is effectively communicated and implemented across the company. The role reports to the Director of Strategy & Customer Experience and manages one direct report. You'll be based in our Nordic head office in Copenhagen (Islands Brygge).

You will…
  • Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team on strategy development and lead the definition of a mid-term strategic roadmap, OKRs and targets with input from cross-functional leaders
  • Define OKR governance, prepare and facilitate regular reporting, business reviews and meetings
  • Lead communication about strategic focus areas and progress across the wider Nordics organization 
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer insights to inform decision-making and recommend strategic shifts 
  • Work across the organization to identify, scope and deliver high-impact strategic business initiatives, with a focus on leading the early project stages (analysis and business case development)
  • Lead the execution of high-priority strategic roadmap when required, coordinating across functions to ensure clarity, alignment and delivery quality 
  • Support cross-functional leaders in critical areas with ad hoc analysis, problem solving and project management
  • Lead local sustainability reporting and act as the point of contact between the international sustainability team and Nordic functions
  • Coach and develop your direct report, and contribute to building strong analytical and executional capabilities within the  team 
You have...
  • BSc/MSc in Business, Economics or another quantitative field of study
  • A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in consulting, corporate strategy, chief of staff, business development or similar in a high performance environment 
  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills including a proven track record of managing simultaneous priorities and cross-functional projects
  • Expert-level problem solving skills with the ability to take complex, ambiguous problems and break them down into structured plans and actions 
  • Solid business understanding coupled with strong analytical mindset and capabilities
  • Experience managing and developing talent, fostering a supportive and high-performance culture
  • Fluency in English, with strong written & verbal communication
