HelloFresh is looking for a Health & Safety Specialist for our Distribution Center in Moss, Norway. Working in the Operations team, you take a leading role in ensuring the safety, well-being, and effective management of our workforce.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing Health & Safety protocols across the site, including incident investigations, risk assessments, and safety training. Additionally, you will support HR functions by maintaining personnel records, assisting in recruitment, and managing employee relations. Your work will directly contribute to creating a safe and compliant workplace, while also ensuring efficient HR operations.

• Conduct incident investigations and implement corrective actions with site stakeholders.
• Perform daily safety walks, risk assessments, and participate in the Joint Health and Safety Committee.
• Lead safety communications, provide GMP and safety training, and ensure compliance with health and safety procedures.
• Collaborate on sanitation practices, incident prevention, and policy development.
• Track and manage Health and Safety performance metrics, oversee PPE compliance, and maintain accurate reporting.
• Support HR BAU operations and the continuous improvement of the site's HR and H&S reporting systems.

• 3+ years of previous experience in a similar role as a Health and Safety Coordinator preferably within a manufacturing or production environment
• Expertise in conducting incident investigations, analyzing root causes, and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence
• Strong understanding of local, regional, and national health and safety regulations and standards.
• Ability to track and report on Health and Safety performance metrics, provide PPE training, and ensure compliance with safety protocols, while also supporting HR-related communications and policies.
