Lincoln International follows a hybrid work structure with an emphasis on in office collaboration.Our employees work in our Chicago office Monday through Thursday each week, with the option to work remotely or from the office on Fridays. Our office is located at 110 N Wacker Drive, just blocks from Union Station & Ogilvie Transportation Center.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Lincoln International LLC (“Lincoln”) is seeking a HR Administrator to join our Talent Team to help foster and drive the brand, passion and culture that has been at the core of Lincoln’s success. The HR Administrator will be responsible for supporting the Talent Team through the entire employee life cycle. This person should have relevant professional experience, be entrepreneurial, and be poised and able to interface with many different people both inside and outside the firm.

The HR Administrator should also demonstrate strong attention to detail, the ability to work professionally and efficiently in a deadline-driven environment and the willingness to take ownership of tasks from beginning to end.
We envision the HR Administrator will be initially tasked with the following:
- Provide administrative support to the department’s daily Human Resources operations which includes: onboarding, offboarding, payroll coordination, employee programs and benefits administration.
- Be responsible for the full onboarding lifecycle for new joiners and rehires, including HR orientation, pre-employment testing, coordinating information and onboarding tasks with new employees, assisting new employees with general onboarding paperwork, and launching relevant business process workstreams in our HRIS system (Workday).
- Assist with Global Headcount management.
- Ensure that Workday and other databases and trackers are accurate and up to date at all times both in the US and globally.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel files, records and documentation.
- Coordinate with the Payroll team regarding employment and compensation changes for U.S. employees.
- Assist with employee leave administration through our third-party vendor.
- Assist employees with benefits enrollment, changes, and coverage inquiries, ensuring accurate information and timely support.
- Reconcile and process Benefits invoices monthly in a timely manner.
- Assist with the creation and updating of internal letters and memos (i.e., Offer, Transfer, Repayment, Promotion, etc.)
- Manage the bonus repayment process, including tracking timely repayment and escalating to collections as required.
- Assist in drafting and distributing regular benefits and HR communications to employees.
- Manage the HR and Benefits inboxes and answer frequently asked questions from employees related to standard policies, benefits, and hiring processes, etc.; refer more complex questions to appropriate senior-level HR staff or management.
- Review and process unemployment claims and employment verification requests, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Assist during the offboarding process by launching relevant actions in HRIS systems and connecting with the leaver to address questions regarding transition details and benefits.
- Provide other general administrative support related to the Talent Team, possibly to include:
- Scheduling meetings
- Additional Talent-specific tasks
- Participate in general ad hoc projects and assignments across the Talent function, as assigned.

Other Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a Human Resources, Talent and/or Recruiting Role
- Comfort with data and Excel, and proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
- Good written and verbal English communication skills
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Experience with Workday is preferred

The salary range for this role is $60,000-$75,000 on an annual basis. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Chicago. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs.
This job is also eligible for bonus pay.
