The HR Associate plays a key role in managing all people-related processes throughout the employee lifecycle. 

The Wow

As HR Associate you will ensure excellent employee experience in our Argentina office by managing office administration, work environment, and BEE activities, while supporting the HR TEAM. 

A taster of what you will be involved with: 

HR Operations & Administration 

  • Assist in the implementation of HR policies, programs, and procedures in alignment with local legislation and Betsson Group standards. 
  • Prepare, issue, and manage employment contracts, letters, and other HR documentation. 
  • Register employees with local authorities and ensure compliance with legal and internal requirements. 
  • Maintain HR systems fully updated, ensuring accuracy of employee records and data integrity. 
  • Generate HR reports and support in interpreting people data to support business decisions. 
  • Handle general HR administrative duties for the Argentina entity and support the wider LATAM HR team when needed. 

Employee Lifecycle Support 

  • Coordinate and execute the full onboarding and offboarding process. 
  • Support employee relations matter and help foster a positive and inclusive workplace. 
  • Act as a cultural ambassador, maintaining and promoting Betsson Group’s values across the organization. 
  • Answer HR-related queries from employees through different communication channels. 

Regional & Global Collaboration 

  • Provide support to Centers of Excellence and HR Business Partners as required. 
  • Support employees relocating from Argentina to other Betsson locations. 
  • Help ensure consistent employee experience and HR processes across the LATAM region. 

 

What we are looking for
    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Psychology, or related field. 
    • Fluent in Spanish and English (Portuguese is a big plus). 
    • Minimum of 2 years' experience in HR roles. 
    • Experience in professional profile recruitment. 
    • Knowledge of labor legislation and health & safety is highly valued. 
    • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines. 
    • Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach. 
    • Results-oriented and able to work with a sense of urgency.
