The Employee Experience & Communications team owns a wide scope of responsibilities, as the name suggests. On our team, no two days are the same. We’re communication strategists, change management experts, creative problem-solvers, engagement drivers, employee experience advocates, brand ambassadors - and much more. We help drive connection, alignment and purpose among our global workforce. Together, we deliver compelling and engaging employee communications using a blend of strategy, messaging, and artistry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Intranet Management – Serve as the content manager for the company intranet, managing an editorial calendar and partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure content is current, engaging and easy to navigate. Measure intranet engagement.
  • Employee Communications Strategy and Planning -- Serve as strategic counsel to key stakeholders to help develop employee communication strategies that support company objectives,
  • Content Creation – Craft clear, compelling messaging for a variety of channels, including emails, newsletters, digital signage and the intranet, incorporating creativity and change management tactics.
  • Intranet Redesign – Partner with our technical team to develop a proposal for an intranet redesign, using engagement data, employee feedback,  industry best practices and your own creativity to suggest enhancements that support our business needs.

What you’ll need to bring to this role:

  • First and foremost: Robust writing and editing skills, with a mastery of different tones of voice, a firm grasp of AP style, and a knack for adding creativity to what you do…
  • Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field, with 5+ years of experience in internal communications or employee engagement, demonstrating a strong capability in delivering impactful employee communications and developing comprehensive plans to meet business goals.
  • Expertise in employee communications and engagement strategies, including change management, and proven competence in executing projects alongside cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with intranet redesigns or content management is a plus.
  • Strategic and creative thinking skills.
  • Experience building relationships with key stakeholders and advising top leadership.
  • Organizational skills to work independently and manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
  • We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Lehi, Utah office in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.

The annual base salary range is: $79,000-$119,000. 

Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations. 

This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
