Position Overview:

An HR Coordinator at StepStone supports the global HR teams with day-to-day operational tasks and managing HR data. The HR Coordinator will also support HRIS (UKG) implementations, support onboarding process through new hire orientations, and work on special HR projects as assigned. The role demands a strong understanding of HR processes, excellent communication skills as you will liaise with multiple divisions of the business, and the ability to handle sensitive tasks discreetly.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Provide day-to-day operational support to the global HR teams via various Central HR tasks, which include, but are not limited to, maintaining the HR inbox, supporting the onboarding team, perform and maintain I-9 verifications, as well as assisting in various SOX controls.
  • Prepare ad-hoc reports and metrics using our HRIS (UKG) and proprietary in-house
  • Regularly audit HR data and support correcting any
  • Prepare materials for and provide hands-on training for all users including non-HR
  • Attend HR meetings, trainings, and support business improvement
  • Coordinate with global HR staff to maintain best practices related to data entry and systems

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a 4-year University
  • Minimum of 2 years Human Resources experience
  • Minimum of 2 years HRIS experience or experience working with complex databases
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong understanding of key HR processes
  • Basic understanding of US employment laws
  • Basic knowledge of relevant industry issues

Salary Range: $54,000 - $58,500

The salary range is an estimate of pay for this position.  Actual pay may vary depending on job-related factors that can include location, education, skill, and experience.  The salary range does not include any benefits or other forms of possible compensation that may be available to employees.
