HR Project Manager (all genders)
Your new role
We are looking for a HR Project Manager (all genders) to strengthen our HR team. In this role, you will help turn our strategic priorities into real outcomes by coordinating initiatives, keeping momentum high, and ensuring transparency on progress and impact. You work closely with the VP HR and the team, acting as a structured execution partner across projects and OKRs.
The work you‘ll do- Coordinate HR projects end-to-end (planning, execution, tracking, wrap-up) and independently manage first smaller projects.
- Drive cross-functional alignment by following up on actions, dependencies, risks, and decisions across stakeholders.
- Support and drive OKR tracking for the HR team together with the responsible owners: maintain tools/boards, monitor progress, identify blockers, and prepare reviews and check-ins.
- Prepare, support, and follow up on key meetings and workshops (e.g., project workshops, OKR and strategy sessions), ensuring clear outcomes and next steps.
- Create employee- and management-ready materials (communication assets, presentations, decision briefs, status updates) and support team meeting formats with structured agendas and documentation.
- Flexibly take on new topics as they arise and shape them into actionable plans with clear ownership, timelines, and deliverables.
- First solid experience in project management, PMO, coordination, or similar roles
- Proven involvement in successfully implemented projects with clear deliverables.
- Strong organizational skills, structured follow-through, and the ability to manage several workstreams in parallel.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; you can translate complex topics into clear updates and decision-ready materials.
- Fluent English; German is a strong plus.
- A completed degree in Business Administration, HR Management, Psychology / Business Psychology, or a comparable field.
- HR experience is a plus, but not required - strong interest and willingness to grow into the field is highly valued.
