We are seeking an experienced HR Systems & Operations Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for managing, configuring, and maintaining our HR systems to ensure accurate and efficient processing of HR-related data and information. This role involves close collaboration with our global HR team and other stakeholders to upgrade, optimize, and tailor HR operation solutions to meet evolving business needs.
What you’ll be investing your time on:
- Manage, configure, and administer our HRIS system, conducting data audits and validations to ensure high data integrity and reliability.
- Collaborate with HR teams to understand and analyze business requirements and translate them into system configurations and functional specifications.
- Optimize system usability by configuring SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, etc. Provide hands-on configuration support including workflows, business rules, permission settings, custom fields, and integrations.
- Provide training and support to the HR team and other end users on HR system functionalities, configuration changes, best practices, and updates.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot functional and configuration issues, and implement sustainable solutions to ensure reliability and security.
- Generate and analyze HRIS reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making and strategic planning.
- Stay up to date on new system releases, functionality, and best practices, and make recommendations for system enhancements and configuration improvements.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of HRIS configurations, business processes, workflows, and change logs.
- Support the global HR team with configuration-related needs and act as the go-to expert for HR system capabilities and constraints.
Have you done this kind of stuff?
- B.A in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience with SuccessFactors configuration – Must.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a system administrator or configurator in SAP SuccessFactors
- Demonstrated expertise in system setup, workflows, permission roles, business rules, and data field customization.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis and transformation.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to support cross-functional teams with technical needs.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities.
- Ability to communicate effectively with HR professionals, IT teams, and other key stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy, process integrity, and system reliability.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, data structures, integrations, and compliance – an advantage.
