As the Sales Manager, you will oversee both individual and team sales goals, ensuring alignment with our overall business objectives. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the sales team’s success and driving our growth in the fleet technology industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Strategic Sales Plans: Create and implement sales strategies to expand our customer base and strengthen market presence in the USA.
  • Lead & Develop Sales Team: Manage and mentor the Inside Sales Team, assessing team strengths and weaknesses, setting quotas, and providing ongoing sales training to maximize productivity and performance.
  • Sales Goal Management: Drive the achievement of personal and team sales targets, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, collaborating with clients to strengthen long-lasting partnerships.
  • Sales Initiatives & Strategy Execution: Develop and execute new sales programs, targeting key demographics to drive business growth.
  • Sales Performance Reporting: Provide weekly updates on sales performance, track progress, and communicate customer feedback to management to help guide strategy.
  • Sales Data Utilization: Manage and report sales data through HubSpot CRM, using insights to inform strategy and decision-making.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education/Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field is highly regarded.
  • Professional Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably within Technology or SaaS. Proven track record in leading a team to achieve sales goals and targets.
  • Sales & Data Expertise: Strong background in identifying sales opportunities and mobilizing teams to exceed performance targets. Skilled in data analysis and customer relationship management using a CRM (HubSpot).
  • Leadership Skills: Exceptional mentoring, coaching, and people management abilities. Demonstrated success in motivating teams to meet and exceed sales targets.
