The Instructional Design Manager supports LogicMonitor’s RevLAB mission by creating dynamic, engaging, and scalable learning content for our global GTM and Channel organizations.

This role focuses on designing, developing, and delivering learning experiences in both English and Spanish, ensuring that every LM team member and partner — from onboarding to mastery — has the clarity, capability, and confidence to perform at their best.

As a key member of the Learning Systems & Content team, this role translates GTM strategy, product knowledge, and sales execution frameworks into impactful, multimedia learning experiences that connect learning → doing → improving across LM’s global OneTeam culture.

Here's a closer look at this key role:

1. Learning Experience Design
  • Develop interactive, role-specific learning modules for Sales, CS, and Channel teams aligned to RevLAB programs and GTM plays.
  • Apply instructional design best practices to craft story-driven, practice-based learning journeys that engage adult learners.
  • Partner with Enablement Managers and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to convert complex product and sales information into clear, learner-friendly formats.
  • Support onboarding, certification, and continuous-learning initiatives through blended digital and in-person experiences.
2. Multimedia & AI-Assisted Content Creation
  • Produce video, audio, and microlearning assets that reinforce LM’s GTM programs — RevLAB, Partner RevLAB, and Skillibrium Coaching.
  • Use AI tools and authoring software (e.g., Articulate 360, Camtasia, Vyond, Skillibrium AI) to streamline development and personalize content for different roles.
  • Design visually appealing job aids, storyboards, and video scripts for LM leaders, enabling crisp, on-brand communication of GTM initiatives.
  • Support the Enablement Content Manager on gamified learning modules, podcasts, and video-based storytelling for LM’s global audiences.
3. Bilingual Content Development & Localization
  • Create and translate enablement content in English and Spanish, ensuring cultural and contextual relevance for global LM teams and LATAM partners.
  • Manage localization of training materials for LM’s partner ecosystem — supporting Channel Enablement and Partner RevLAB programs.
  • Maintain tone, brand consistency, and technical accuracy across languages and content types.
4. Collaboration & Program Alignment
  • Collaborate closely with Global Product Training, GTM Onboarding & Execution, and Community Readiness teams to ensure alignment across LM’s RevLAB initiatives.
  • Contribute to LM’s quarterly Enablement PMO calendar and assist with field-readiness activities, product launches, and new play enablement.
  • Partner with the Learning Systems Administrator to publish, track, and update content across Skillibrium, LMS, and Highspot platforms.
5. Continuous Improvement & Data-Driven Iteration
  • Monitor content engagement, completion, and performance data to iterate and improve training experiences.
  • Support reporting on content ROI and readiness KPIs (certification rates, time-to-ramp, learner feedback scores).
  • Gather learner feedback and continuously refine design approaches to enhance relevance and impact.
What You'll Need:
  • 6+ years of experience in Instructional Design, Learning Development, or Enablement Content Creation (B2B SaaS preferred).
  • Proven ability to create bilingual (English + Spanish) learning materials — writing, editing, and localizing.
  • Proficiency with LMS platforms (Skillibrium, Lessonly, Docebo, etc.) and authoring tools (Articulate 360, Rise, Camtasia, Vyond, Canva, Adobe Suite).
  • Understanding of adult-learning principles, microlearning design, and blended-learning strategies.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple projects and deadlines.

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with LogicMonitor’s RevLAB enablement framework — connecting learning, doing, and improving.
  • Experience supporting Field Sales and Channel Enablement teams.
  • Comfort using AI content generation tools for translation, scripting, or content design.
  • Strong collaboration and cross-cultural communication skills.
Expected Outcomes
  • All RevLAB enablement content meets global standards for quality, accessibility, and impact across English and Spanish audiences.
  • Field and Channel teams experience consistent, high-value learning experiences that enhance productivity and confidence.
  • LM’s learning ecosystem evolves into a bilingual, AI-enhanced platform where learning is personalized, measurable, and integrated into daily execution.
  • The Instructional Designer role serves as a creative force within LM’s RevLAB — transforming content into a competitive advantage for our #OneTeam GTM organization.
