The Team
Our Field Partner Management organisation is central to our sales and business development strategy as we aim to place Celonis on every consultant’s laptop and maximize the value our clients can realise with our technology through our Partner ecosystem. Building the Partner ecosystem in the European, African, Asian and Latin American markets is of primary importance as our partners and customers rapidly invest in our technology. For that role, we seek an intern to join our Madrid Hub team, develop our ecosystem strategy and attract the regional partnerships (Big 4, Global SIs and Regional SIs). The work you’ll do:
- Assist in developing and executing a holistic partner strategy for the EMEA, LATAM, and APAC markets to achieve assigned goals.
- Support the team in building and managing strong relationships with key stakeholders across Customers, Partners, and internally with the Sales team.
- Assist partners in their go-to-market activities, including business planning, pipeline development, marketing, and sales activities.
- Help pitch the value proposition of Celonis' partnership on various levels, adopting a consultative sales and business outcome approach.
- Support the team in identifying strategic use cases and building analyses
- Conduct data transformations and analyses to generate process insights
- Organize and execute events with and for our partner community to drive pipeline and opportunities.
- Support technical and sales enablement of partners by orchestrating relevant global ecosystem resources.
- Monitor and report on the overall well-being of partners, tracking key health and usage indicators
- Assist in the creation of documentation and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Provide administrative support to the Field Partner Management team
The qualifications you need:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong interest in sales, business development, and partner management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret business processes
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages relevant to EMEA, LATAM, or APAC regions are a plus.
- Knowledge of SQL; experience with other programming languages such as Python, R, or MATLAB is a big plus
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Self-starter with strong ownership and a proactive attitude
- Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive attitude.
