YOUR MISSIONYou will support the People Tech team in ensuring the smooth operation of Workday by managing and resolving system-related requests, assisting with testing and troubleshooting, and contributing to the continuous improvement of People processes and tools. You will play a key role in helping deliver a seamless user experience and ensuring data accuracy.. THE JOURNEY
  • Support and control Jira requests related to Workday, ensuring timely resolution and communication.
  • Support the team on analyzing, investigating, and resolving Workday incidents, collaborating with relevant teams as needed.
  • Help with testing new configurations in Workday.
  • Engage in deep-dive analysis of requests to identify root causes and provide effective solutions.
  • Manage and prioritize stakeholder expectations, ensuring clear and transparent communication.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for process improvements and system optimizations.
  • Support to end-users as necessary.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
  • Availability for 6 months full-time internship
  • Advance Office/Google Sheets skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Nice to have: previous experience using any HRIS (Workday, SAP, Factorial, etc)
  • Nice to have: familiarity with HR processes such as onboarding, employee data management, or time tracking through digital tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Curiosity and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced and growing start-up environment.
  • An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude.
