The Team:

Internal Communications supports global employee and executive communications through regular communication channels and cadence. The candidate will report directly to and work closely with our Internal Communications Lead, gaining exposure to various teams and geographies within the organization.

The Role:

In this role, you will collaborate with the Internal Communications team on strategic projects designed to drive engagement, alignment, and communication across Celonis. You’ll work with teams from around the world, gathering internal news and shaping it into established formats such as our bi-weekly newsletter, global all-employee meetings, and more. Additionally, you will help measure our impact through metrics and other feedback mechanisms.

The Work You’ll Do:

  • Support the Internal Communications Team in implementing corporate communication strategies that align with business goals.
  • Assist with editing, layout, and archiving global internal communications (executive emails, global meetings, intranet updates, newsletters, etc.).
  • Track and update team KPIs to monitor progress and impact.
  • Bring fresh and creative ideas to explore, such as using videos and other innovative methods to engage employees.

The Qualifications You Need:

  • Currently studying Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, HR, or a related field.
  • Written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling, concise content that engages employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Editing skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Interest in or knowledge of best practices in communications, including employee engagement, change management, and crisis communication.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience in creating short internal videos is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and planning abilities.
  • Proficiency in basic office tools (Google Suite) and a willingness to learn new software.
  • Native or proficient command of English.
