Job Description:
We are seeking an International Accountant to join our team of innovators. You will have the chance to apply your theoretical knowledge, working experience and support our Accounting team on a broad range of tasks within the KONUX Group. You will be handling our foreign entities while gaining insights into complex processes with the opportunity to change the status quo, challenge existing workflows, and implement new tools and finance service providers. We encourage you to look beyond Accounting and Finance to understand company-wide processes with the goal of optimizing our overall efficiency.
Your Impact:
- Support foreign entities as a Business Partner.
- Process and book general and subsidiary ledgers for designated accounts (accounts receivable, accounts payable, travel expenses, banks, and asset accounting) for domestic and foreign entities.
- Manage fixed assets (devices) and related inventories.
- Perform payment runs.
- Reconcile designated accounts.
- Prepare monthly and year-end close for designated foreign entities.
- Support the team during annual audits and ad hoc tasks.
- Establish, optimize, and further develop existing accounting processes, especially for foreign entities. Initiate and lead projects.
- Handle VAT tax and other business topics.

- A team-oriented approach, thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in a fast-growing international company, ideally in an industrial environment.
- Completed business studies or commercial training with appropriate further education (e.g., “IHK Internationaler Bilanzbuchhalter”).
- Experience with an ERP system (preferably MS Business Central or QuickBooks) and proficiency in MS Office or Google G Suite.
- You have full working proficiency in English and German, at least B2. level
