We’re looking for an experienced International Payroll Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the International Payroll Team. In this key role, you’ll ensure timely, accurate payroll processing for all non-US countries and help drive business initiatives to support our expanding global workforce. What you’ll do:

  • Manage and oversee daily operations of the International Payroll Team, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing across 18 countries, primarily in EMEA, APAC and LATA.
  • Manage the Payroll team's email alias, ensuring responses adhere to SLAs and urgent or escalated requests receive prompt attention.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve payroll-related issues and ensure compliance with local regulations.
  • Lead process improvements to optimize payroll efficiency, accuracy, and the employee experience.
  • Support special projects and ad hoc initiatives as the company continues to scale internationally.
  • Mentor and develop a geographically dispersed team to foster professional growth and high performance.
  • Prepare and review payroll reports and reconciliations for cross-functional partners and management.
  • Maintain up-to-date expertise on international payroll laws, regulations, and industry best practices.

What we’re looking for

  • 7+ years of international payroll operations experience in a fast-paced, multi-country environment 
  • Strong understanding of global payroll practices, tax and reporting regulations, compliance requirements and taxation as it relates to benefits and equity compensation requirements
  • Resourcefulness and strong problem-solving skills to resolve complex payroll issues quickly 
  • Exceptional organizational skills, ability to juggle multiple responsibilities with various deadlines and deliver accurate results
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to partner effectively with teams across functions and geographies 
  • Experience leading and developing a high-performing team
  • Experience with Workday, Cloudpay, Google Suite and Microsoft Office is a plus
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, Business, Finance or Human Resources

  • This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration once per week and therefore needs to be in a commutable distance from the Dublin office
