Your purpose at Kertos

Join our dynamic team and work closely with Kilian, our Co-Founder and CEO, and Chris, the Business Development Lead. Our vision? To become the leading compliance automation solution in Europe! In this exciting all-rounder role, you will have the opportunity to play an active role in both Business Development and Sales. You will drive innovative go-to-market initiatives and ensure that our processes are continuously optimized. Join us as we prepare for our Series A financing round!Your area of responsibility: 

  • You will research leads and create outbound campaigns via various channels.
  • You will always keep our CRM system HubSpot up to date.
  • You create and prepare materials to deepen relationships with new and existing customers.
  • You take care of increasing our brand awareness through market education and plan strategic events such as trade fairs or exhibitions.
  • Together with the team, you will continuously develop our business development and sales strategy and support its operational implementation.
  • You will contribute your own ideas and find ways to optimize our sales activities and processes.

The skills, motivation, and mentality you should bring

  • You have at least four months, ideally up to six months
  • You are motivated to build something new from scratch and are not afraid to lend a hand
  • Ideally, you already have some sales or business development experience, but this is not a must
  • You combine your strong interpersonal skills with strong communication skills in German and English
  • You enjoy driving things forward independently, are curious and have a hands-on mentality
