About The Team:

We have an exciting opportunity for a hands-on, detail-oriented Inventory Manager to manage an exciting and high-performing team on our Banbury site.  A role that will challenge you but also enable you to make a difference to the site's stock accuracy, waste reduction and wider business. 

What You Will Be Doing:

• Manage direct staff of 3 and a wider team of 24
• Help design stock management system
• Grow the quality function and sustain kitting auditing function
• Look to absorb assembly auditing and centralise all site quality auditing and compliance
• Liaise and communicate with the supply chain team and directly with suppliers to drive internal operational improvements
• Seek to continually improve processes and identify areas of potential weaknesses
• Inspire the inventory team to care about our customers, brand and products

Who You Are:

• Experience with working in a supply chain management environment
• Experience in an FMCG environment
• Experience with working with external suppliers and managing internal stakeholders
• Computer literate (MS Excel, Word, WMS)

Location: The Granary, Unit 3, Chalker Way, Banbury, OX16 4XD

Work Schedule:Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, weekend working if/when required
