As part of this vision, the iOS Engineering team plays a crucial role in integrating innovative solutions directly into our mobile ecosystem. We work closely with cross-functional teams, to develop state-of-the-art tools and features that revolutionize customer support on iOS devices. By creating intuitive, secure, and scalable mobile experiences, we ensure our merchants can access the support they need effortlessly, anytime and anywhere.

This role is part of a well-established and collaborative team comprising a Product Manager, Engineering Manager, Designer, Android and iOS developers, Frontend and Backend engineers.

 

What you’ll do

  • Build and maintain innovative digital support features within the customer support funnel to deliver a seamless and impactful user experience
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure consistent APIs, WebSocket implementations, and AI-first screen designs
  • Write clean, efficient code for user interfaces and support features, while developing robust unit tests to ensure high-quality, reliable deliverables
  • Implement robust tracking for analytics and configure A/B tests to evaluate feature success and optimize performance
  • Monitor app performance, establish alerts, and proactively troubleshoot issues to ensure reliability and stability
  • Maintain design consistency by aligning implementation with the overall product experience and standards

 

You’ll be great for this position if you

  • Are proficient in the Swift ecosystem with 3+ years of iOS development experience
  • Strive for clean, maintainable code and have hands-on experience with modularized applications
  • Prioritize user interaction, usability, and crafting visually appealing, intuitive UIs
  • Have a solid understanding of testing principles—knowing what to test, why to test it, and how to write robust, flexible tests that stand the test of time
  • Thrive in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment where mutual empowerment and growth are core values
  • Are passionate about coding and take time to reflect on your work—be it frameworks, languages, or processes—to continuously improve
  • Demonstrate high autonomy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to prioritize and focus on impactful work
  • Go beyond writing code by caring deeply about delivering value to merchants, embracing a product-focused mindset, and maintaining a proactive, can-do attitude
