YOUR IMPACT

You and your team take care of all customer inquiries and ensure solution-oriented advice and a high level of customer satisfaction

  • You are accountable for the adherence to agreed service levels (scope, time, quality, costs).
  • You actively manage the customer portfolio and advise them on our products.
  • You check the quality of the service process and maintain the associated documentation.
  • You work closely with other departments and our international subsidiaries.

THIS IS YOU

  • Completed basic commercial training (recent graduates or early-career professionals welcome)
  • Experience in customer service or customer support in a digital environment.
  • Strong customer orientation and excellent communication skills. 
  • GoFluent in German and English (spoken and written).
  • A team player with a high understanding of quality and calm in stressful situations.
  • Affinity for software (SaaS) and IT.
  • Flexibility and willingness to work outside office hours.
