YOUR MISSION
Reporting to the Global Head of Customer Experience (CX), you will be part of a small multicultural A-team of super-achievers with a huge impact in the company, aiming to deconstruct, synthesize, and deploy initiatives to drive best-in-class customer experience. Ownership and Responsibilities will be given to you from Day one.
You will be thrown at different tasks and problems that are identified as key areas for improvement that affect customer happiness. The learning curve will be steep as this role entails understanding all the touchpoints (and pain points) of the whole customer journey and being able to identify root causes and solutions to improve them.
The team is by nature cross-functional, so a significant amount of time and energy is spent collaborating with multiple departments from Operations and Customer Service to Finance, Strategy, Growth and Tech.

THE JOURNEY
- Support CX team on internal consulting projects with the goal of gathering relevant information, identifying root causes and delivering key insights to deliver a world-class experience to Glovo customers.
- Track & report customer experience KPIs & performance.
- Manage all survey sending related topics, being complete owner of our survey sending tools including analytics and survey optimization.
- Support senior management in strategic decision making by providing key intelligence.
- Analyze user data (both quantitative and qualitative) and grasp perceptive and astute conclusions on customer behavior and preferences.
- Drive Customer focused actions and a CX mindset within all teams of Glovo (extremely cross-functional role).
- Help to manage, analyze and report NPS (Net Promoter Score) results company-wide, developing a good understanding of user pain points in the different Glovo countries and regions.
- Gather insights directly from users using different VoC (Voice of Consumer) tools.
- Proactively contribute with experience blind spots, constantly have an eye open for the real experience and continuously drive Glovo end to end Customer Journey to the next level.
- Support ad-hoc analyses and projects based on business needs as identified by local and global Marketing teams.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Great business knowledge, sense and intuition.
- Data-driven. Comfortable tracking/reporting on KPIs.
- Data analytics is a plus (SQL, python, looker).
- A strong grasp of statistical concepts.
- Strong analytical mindset to deliver effective & pragmatic solutions.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Problem solver and a structured and sharp mind.
- Entrepreneurial drive and the ability to achieve goals in a fast paced environment complete your profile.
- Excellent communication, visualization & storytelling with data skills to both scientific and business audiences.
- Fluent in English, any additional language is a plus.
- An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude.
