Your Work-life Opportunity

We are looking for a talented and passionate new member in our Executive Assistants’ Team that will provide support to the EAs and the Office Management Team. 

We’re looking for passionate new member that will organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures in our Barcelona as well as provide support to the EAs team. 

BE A PART OF A TEAM WHERE YOU WILL:

  • Manage schedules, agendas, meeting rooms and overall logistics for those meetings/events
  • Manage travel arrangements of the executives including being on-call while they are traveling for emergency changes if needed
  • Support to the organization of summits and offsite events from the VPs and also from their direct reports
  • Take care of some personal matters of executives (rides, bills, reminders, errands,  etc)
  • Support the Senior Exec Assistants and CEO’s right hands in admin tasks 
  • Coordinate the logistics from in-house or external events at Yellow Park

REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.
  • Great written and verbal communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus). 
  • A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements.
  • Proficient user of full Google Drive applications with the ability to quickly adapt to working with new systems.
  • Proactive, hands on and a positive and can-do work attitude.
