What can you expect?

  • Act as an expert in accounts payable or accounts receivable (e.g. processing incoming invoices and travel expenses, initiating payments, receivables management, etc.)
  • Work operationally: From processing employee inquiries to concluding contracts with various service providers
  • Take on responsibility: Preparation of evaluations and analyses of financial data as well as preparation and transmission of reports to management
  • Play an active role: Act as a contact person for our tax advisor and assist with the preparation of annual financial statements
  • Optimize processes: Push digitalization in our Finance department (e.g. travel booking, travel expense accounting, invoicing process)
  • Create change: Support strategic management (e.g. forecasts, through cost monitoring) and play an active role in intercompany coordination and decisions for international financial management

Your profile

  • Completed apprenticeship as a tax clerk, financial accountant or successfully completed business studies
  • Initial experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable accounting
  • Knowledge of the DATEV software is a plus
  • Strong affinity for numbers, analytical skills, hands-on mentality and a structured way of working
  • Business fluent German and fluent English skills
