What’s the purpose of this role?

As a Junior Talent Acquisition Partner based in our Gurgaon office, you’ll play a key role in helping us grow our teams by finding and hiring top talent across India. You’ll manage the end-to-end recruitment process, partner with hiring managers, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. You’ll also provide sourcing and coordination support to TA Partners, helping the team move faster and more efficiently.This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career in Talent Acquisition while working with a collaborative and supportive team in a fast-paced environment.

What will I be doing day to day?

  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to scheduling interviews, managing offers, and onboarding support.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and advise on recruitment best practices.
  • Identify and engage top talent through sourcing strategies (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, etc.).
  • Provide sourcing and coordination support to TA Partners as needed to help drive hiring at scale.
  • Ensure a great candidate experience by providing clear communication and timely feedback.
  • Use data and insights to track recruitment metrics and improve hiring processes.
  • Support employer branding initiatives, including university partnerships for early-career hiring.
  • Maintain and update our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.
  • Stay up to date with talent trends in the India market and bring fresh ideas to the team.

What skills and experience do I need?

  • You have 2+ years of in-house recruitment experience
  • You’re passionate about talent acquisition and enjoy connecting people with the right opportunities.
  • You’re a strong communicator—you can build relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and the wider HR team.
  • You have hands-on sourcing experience and know how to find great talent through different channels.
  • You’re organised and detail-oriented—juggling multiple roles and keeping things moving excites you.
  • You’re a problem solver who enjoys learning and improving recruitment processes.
  • You have experience working with an ATS and are comfortable managing data and reports.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities.

  • Have experience hiring for sales, tech, or professional services roles.
  • Have worked on campus hiring initiatives or early-career programs.
  • Have experience hiring in APAC markets beyond India.
