The role of LDQ Professional Lead is a cross-functional role that bridges the Learning, Knowledge, and Quality teams, primarily leading and executing our strategic projects.This role enables and ensures the smooth delivery of impactful LDQ programs and strategic initiatives that empower associates worldwide to support the business.
We’re looking for ?a professional program learning lead who will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of LDQ projects. Serve as the central connection point between stakeholders, regions, aligning goals, timelines, resources, and communications to ensure the successful and professional execution of programs that enhance our customer support capabilities.

- Drive end-to-end management of learning programs and projects - from initiation through execution - ensuring professional and on-time delivery aligned with departmental goals.
- Serve as the operational bridge across Learning, Knowledge, and Quality teams, fostering alignment and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
- Define scopes, create project plans, allocate resources, and manage delivery schedules to meet established timelines and expectations, including post-delivery feedback to support ongoing improvement.
- Facilitate communication across all relevant stakeholders, including global trainers, content teams, CS leadership, and senior management, ensuring transparency and involvement.
- Identify risks and roadblocks early, and lead mitigation strategies to keep projects on track and stakeholders aligned.
- Build and maintain structured communication plans, reporting frameworks, and provide regular updates to ensure leadership visibility and team accountability.
- Continuously refine project workflows, tools, and communication processes to enhance efficiency, scalability, and cross-team collaboration.
- Analyze data and seek for solutions to support business needs
- Strong familiarity with learning and implementation across global projects
- deep knowledge of the learning and knowledge systems and tools to improve scalability
Does this describe you?
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a program manager
- BS or MA degree in instructional design, industrial engineering or similar
- strong understanding of learning theories and instructional design models
- Strong storytelling and presentation skills
- Proficient in data analysis and seeing the bigger picture
- Excellent English skills (read, write, speak)
- Great interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt to change quickly
- Experience in soft skills training and development (an advantage)
- Experience with a Learning or knowledge Management System (an advantage)
