Narvar is growing! We are looking for a Lead Corporate Recruiter to play an integral role in helping shape the next phase of growth in our Bangalore office by partnering with the Non-Engineering teams to identify and attract top talent. You’ll partner with hiring managers to develop, implement, and execute recruiting strategies and processes while creatively and strategically building a healthy candidate pipeline. This is a unique and highly impactful opportunity to accelerate the business during this period of heavy growth for Narvar.  (Must be hands-on)

Day-to-day
  • Partner with hiring managers and executives to thoroughly understand department needs, establish interview processes, and screen applicants quickly and effectively
  • Work effectively in a deadline-driven and fast-paced environment to hire a high volume of talent across departments including but not limited to Customer Success, Customer Support, Partnerships, Legal, G&A, etc. 
  • Own the candidate process from initial outreach through the offer and up to the onboarding date; collaborating with recruiting coordinators and the People Team to ensure a world-class candidate experience
  • Proactively source passive candidates for immediate hiring needs and build a pipelines for future hiring needs
  • Engage passive and active talent through outbound sourcing, resume screening, networking, referrals, events, etc.
  • Leverage data to assess your approach and shift your recruiting strategy accordingly

What we’re looking for

  • You have 7+ years of full-cycle highly competitive product company recruiting experience (must have current/ recent hands on recruiting experience)
    • 1+ years in a lead or manager capacity, growing and building an effective recruiting team 
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • You have meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills and a knack for building and optimizing processes
  • You have experience recruiting top talent for high growth saas tech companies, including deep understanding of the startup community (e-commerce experience is a plus) 
  • You have outstanding candidate and stakeholder management skills; you are a highly capable negotiator
  • You have deep expertise using numerous TA systems and tools including applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn, etc. (experience using Greenhouse & Talentwall are a strong plus)
  • You have a growth mindset and are open to feedback
  • You’re adaptable and able to thrive in ambiguity
