You will be joining the Global Talent Acquisition team, a team of 60+ recruiters in charge of building Doctolib’s organization. As an executive recruiter, your role will be to attract, engage and hire the Doctolib’s leaders of tomorrow. You’ll be part of an executive hiring team of 4 people. You will work closely with the executive committee and our senior leadership group, defining needs and carrying out recruitment processes. You will have the opportunity to work on global hiring projects having an impact on the overall success of our talent acquisition team. 

 

What you will do
  • Partner with the executive committee and our senior leaders to build their teams in our various locations (France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands); 
  • Develop a narrow understanding of Doctolib’s strategy and business plans in order to comprehend our hiring needs and objectives; 
  • Design talent intelligence strategies when necessary in order to understand the talent pool you’re looking into, the market place and the way other organizations are structured; 
  • Build robust hiring briefs, map role criteria, define position description and document specifications; 
  • Structure and carry out a targeted research and sourcing strategy; 
  • Track and identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels;
  • Assess candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit/add and compatibility; 
  • Offer guidance to both hiring managers and candidates through the completion of the recruitment process;  
  • Continuously evaluate and improve the executive recruitment process, including implementing innovative sourcing strategies, leveraging technology and data analytics, and enhancing candidate experience. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in executive recruitment;
  • Handle recruitment programs having an impact on the quality and velocity of delivery of our executive recruitments (such as diversity, employer branding, tools, tracking, candidate experience initiatives). 
  • Infuse a culture of excellence in our recruitments within the overall organization of talent acquisition 
Who you are 
  • You have significant experience in executive recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a leadership or senior-level role (~10 years at least);  
  • You have demonstrated success in sourcing and attracting executive-level candidates; 
  • You are at ease when assessing candidates, including evaluating their qualifications, experience, cultural fit/add, leadership potential, and alignment with organizational values and strategic objectives;
  • You have excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills to establish and maintain relationships with executive-level candidates and hiring managers; 
  • You have a strong strategic mindset to develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals; 
  • Understanding the tech or healthcare sectors is a plus; 
  • You have already worked in global environments and speak fluently english.
The interview process
  • One interview with the manager of the executive hiring team;
  • One lateral interview with another talent acquisition leader;
  • One business case with the manager of the team and the Global Talent Acquisition Director.
