We are looking to speak to candidates who are based in Gurugram for our hybrid working model.
Responsibilities- Manage and own the onboarding process for our new hires joining globally
- Build and maintain onboarding programs, including but not limited to: orientations, onboarding activities, trainings and general planning around first 6 weeks of employment
- Be accountable for the delivery of the onboarding program and act as a point of escalation for day to day new hire / recruiter / manager queries
- Drive engagement amongst our new hires by working alongside internal teams around the delivery of MongoDB values and principles
- Collect feedback on new hires’ onboarding experience through regular surveys and provide data / analytics to key stakeholders
- Manage and lead the internal roll-out and training of our new onboarding platform to HR Shared Services colleagues
- Manage the Success Factors tool from an Onboarding module perspective and drive change management to enhance the overall program
- Engage regularly with key stakeholders who require new hire data, including global benefits, payroll and recruitment operations
- 8+ years of experience in Recruiting, Payroll and HR Shared Services space
- Ability to think creatively in building out and supporting our Company culture through the onboarding experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
- Ability to use data to build data-driven programs and initiatives
- Flexibility to wear many hats, and multi-task
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Must be a self-starter, take ownership of their work with the can-do and no-job-is-too-small attitude
- Ability to work effectively as a lead as well as an individual contributor
